Services Provided
Farmer’s Wash Crew provides professional farm pressure washing, biosecurity cleaning, and sanitizing services. All services are performed to industry standards with a focus on hygiene and safety.
Quotations and Booking
- All quotes are provided based on the information given by the client. We reserve the right to adjust the final price if the site conditions differ significantly from the description provided.
- Emergency Services: Our 24-hour emergency services may be subject to different call-out rates, which will be disclosed at the time of the request.
Biosecurity and Site Access
- Access: The client must ensure safe and clear access to the areas requiring cleaning (e.g., sheds, machinery, loading zones).
- Biosecurity Compliance: While we follow strict biosecurity protocols, the client must inform our team of any specific disease outbreaks or quarantined areas on the property prior to our arrival.
Water Supply and Utilities
Unless otherwise agreed, the client is responsible for providing a sufficient water supply for the pressure washing equipment. If a water source is unavailable, this must be communicated during the booking process so we can make necessary arrangements (additional fees may apply).
Liability
Farmer’s Wash Crew takes the utmost care when cleaning machinery and structures. However, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage to machinery, paintwork, or structures that becomes visible after cleaning.
- Water ingress into electrical components of machinery if such components were not properly sealed by the owner/manufacturer.
- Minor wear and tear consistent with high-pressure cleaning on aged surfaces.
Payments
Payment terms are strictly as per the invoice provided. Failure to pay within the agreed timeframe may result in late fees.
